From handwrting to coordinates, you can create a truly personalised piece.
To submit your design, simply upload your artwork via our image upload tool inĀ JPG, JPEG or PNG format. This could be a scan or photo of a handwritten note, a small drawing or a custom text youāve created using a platform like Canva. We ask that you keep designs simple and avoid intricate details, as these may not translate well onto the piece.
You'll receive a mockup of your piece for approval before itās engraved. Due to the size of each pendant, there may be some limitations in how much text we can include.

Our pendants are handcrafted fromĀ 14k gold filledĀ andĀ 925 sterling silver.

Gold FilledĀ ā Made by mechanically bonding thick layers of 14k gold (or higher) to a solid base metal. Gold filled pendants contain significantly more gold than standard plating, resulting in a durable finish that resists tarnishing, peeling, and discolouration. Suitable for daily wear.

Sterling SilverĀ ā Crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, a premium alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Sterling silver has a bright, timeless finish and may naturally tarnish over time, but can be easily restored with gentle polishing.
Our chains are crafted fromĀ stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. Gold-tone chains feature aĀ PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) gold plating, which bonds gold particles to the steel at a molecular level. This advanced process ensures a highly durable, tarnish-resistant coating designed for everyday wear.

Our Jewellery are crafted from top-quality stainless steel with 18k gold PVD-plating, making them durable, waterproof and resistant to tarnishing.
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Make your jewellery the last accessory you put on and the first you take off each day.
- Avoid direct contact with cosmetics, perfumes, sunscreens, lotions, and other chemicals.
- Take off your jewellery before sleeping to prevent accidental damage.
- Remove your jewellery before showering, or swimming in chlorine or saltwater. This helps minimise wear and tear and reduces the risk of loss.
- Avoid wearing your jewellery during activities that could cause physical damage, like cleaning or exercising.
- If layering necklaces or pendants, keep in mind that metal-to-metal contact may affect the longevity of your pieces.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide, with express shipping options available at checkout. Each piece is thoughtfully assembled in our Adelaide studio and dispatched within 48 hours, ready to begin its journey to you. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking for complete peace of mind.
If your piece isnāt quite right, youāre welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided itās unworn and in original condition. Every jewellery piece also includes a 12-month manufacturing warranty, so you can shop with total confidence.
