How do I use a gift card or promo code?At checkout, you’ll find an option to enter your gift card or discount code.

  • On desktop, this appears on the right-hand side of the checkout page
  • On mobile, tap “Show Order Summary” to access this section

Please note:

  • Only one discount code can be redeemed per order
  • A gift card and a discount code may be used together on the same purchase

If I use a welcome code, is my order still eligible for a refund?Yes. Orders placed using welcome codes remain eligible for refunds.Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotional periods may be subject to exchange or credit note policies only, in line with our returns policy.


Orders & ChangesCan I change my order once it has been placed?If you notice an error in your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bybarny.com.While we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, this may not always be possible due to our prompt order processing.


ShippingHow much does shipping cost?We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.For orders under $150:

  • Standard shipping: $10 AUD (Australia Post)
  • Express shipping: $12.99 AUD

Do you ship internationally?Yes. We currently offer international shipping for $25 AUD to the following countries:Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Can I return an online order in store?Yes. You’re welcome to return your online purchase at our Hyde Park boutique.Please note that returns processed in store are handled by our online returns department and may take some time to complete. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Permanent JewelleryWhat is permanent jewellery?Permanent jewellery is a clasp-free piece that is custom fitted and welded closed, creating a seamless bracelet, necklace or anklet designed to be worn continuously.


Does permanent jewellery hurt?No. The welding process is quick, safe and painless. A small protective barrier is used, and the weld itself takes just a few seconds.
