Refunds are available for all full priced items, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Any received thereafter may be declined.

Items must be returned in their original condition including all packaging and must not have been worn. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item minus the original shipping charge. (if applicable)

All sales items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable for change of mind. Please choose carefully. 

All custom / made to order items cannot be returned

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable.

Please note all SALE items are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed on sale items.

We have made returning a breeze! All you need to do is pop your unwanted item  in a post bag with your order number clearly written on the outside.

By Barny highly recommends that you return your parcel with registered post, this way you can track your parcel and make sure that it reaches us safe and sound. When your parcel arrives we will contact you and refund your order within 10 business days. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your account to be credited. By Barny will not accept returns on worn, damaged or items that are not in a resalable condition.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at hello@bybarny.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on our assessment.

If deemed faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time).
