Australian Shipping Terms & Conditions


Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $150 AUD.

We offer complimentary standard shipping via Australia Post on all domestic orders over $150 AUD in a single transaction. For orders under this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 AUD applies. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable on returned items.

 

 

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days from our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au. While Australia Post strives to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

By Barny is not liable for delays or deliveries outside of the estimated window.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Please allow for extended processing times during peak periods, sale events, or public holidays.

 

Need It Sooner?
Express Shipping is available for $13 AUD on all Australian orders.
We use Australia Post Express, which offers next business day delivery within the Express Post network.

Please note: while Australia Post aims to meet this timeframe, delays can occur.
By Barny is not responsible for delays or deliveries outside of the Express Post guarantee.

 

Delivery Instructions
If you require a signature on delivery, please specify this in the order notes at checkout or contact us via email. If no signature is requested, Australia Post may leave your parcel unattended if deemed safe.

Please note: If no signature is requested, the customer assumes responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

 

Unclaimed Parcels
Orders returned to us as unclaimed will incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

 

 

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Where We Ship
We currently offer flat-rate international shipping to the following destinations:

$25 AUD – Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
$15 AUD – New Zealand

 

Shipping Method & Additional Charges
All international orders are shipped using Standard International Shipping.
The flat rate applies to parcels up to 500g. If your order exceeds this weight:

  • A separate PayPal invoice will be issued for the additional shipping cost.

  • This invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Your order will only be dispatched once the full shipping balance is paid.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

 

Order Verification & Security
To protect our customers and business, By Barny reserves the right to:

  • Delay dispatch of international orders while completing security checks.

  • Request additional identification to verify billing or shipping details.

  • Cancel and refund any order if verification is not provided.

 

Currency & Customs
All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
International shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.

By Barny cannot reimburse or accept returns due to refusal to pay customs duties or associated charges.

 

Delivery Timeframes
International delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on location and customs processing.
