Returns on Sale Items / Promotional Campaigns

Returns on sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional items.

Promotional Terms Overview

  1. Promotions conducted by By Barny are done in good faith. If an error results in a discount greater than advertised (e.g. stacking codes), the order will be cancelled and refunded.

  2. Coupon codes and automatic discounts are single use only and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  3. Cart miscalculations void all purchases using those discounts.

  4. Any order that results in a $0.00 total is invalid.

  5. Discount codes and promotions do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

  6. Promotions are subject to stock availability and valid only while stocks last.

  7. In-store vouchers for online use are valid for one-time use per customer.

  9. Welcome, sign-up, and birthday codes are valid for orders over $100 AUD and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  10. Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. Credit notes and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  11. Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period. Orders placed outside this timeframe are not eligible.

  12. Free gift promotions: The customer must claim their gift at checkout. If the order is returned and the promotional threshold is no longer met, the cost of the gift will be deducted from the return.

  13. If you require a signature on delivery, please add this request in the checkout notes. If no signature is requested, Australia Post may leave your parcel unattended at their discretion. By Barny is not liable for lost or missing parcels if no signature was requested.
