  2. Select your charms – Pick the pieces that speak to you. We recommend using an odd number of charms for necklaces, with the largest charm in the centre to keep it balanced.

  3. Add your personal touch – Mix in letters, birthstones or zodiac charms to make it uniquely yours.

  4. Create & review – Once you’re happy with your design, click “Create Necklace” and then “Add to Cart.”

  5. Preview before it’s final – Within 48 hours, our team will send you a photo of your made-up design. You’ll have the chance to make any tweaks before it’s completed.

  6. Packaged with care – Your finished piece will be beautifully packed in our signature gift box with a gift card, ready to give (or keep).
