The necklace itself is stunning. However what blew me away was the amazing customer service. After I placed my order I was sent a text from someone on staff confirming the charm placement (with pictures)!
The lovely girls have sent me photos of the necklace while they craft it together asking if id like anything to be modified. They have been so lovely and helpful. I've never experienced such great customer service!!
